1. Any lost, broken or damaged bottles will incur a $22 P/Bottle replacement charge. As per description on orders page, bottles remain the property of Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water and must be returned or exchanged.
2. If a bottle/bottles are purchase not on subscription. The bottle/bottles must be returned to Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water. If the customer requests that Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water is to collect the bottle/bottles, then the customer will be charged a $10 freight charge
3. Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water retain the right to recover costs from customers for lost or damaged bottles and equipment that was offered on a return / exchange basis. This may include but is not limited to, invoicing the cost to customers or holding / creating a charge on the customers selected payment method (ie: credit card or payment platform).
4. Any additional charges as per items 2, 3, 4 will be in consultation with the customer and is limited to the recovery of costs for items outstanding or freight only.
5. If a customer is outside of the delivery area as stipulated by Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water and delivery is unavailable, the customer will be offered to collect the water from the nearest retail outlet or can opt to be refunded the purchase price less transaction fees (Less fees is at the discretion of Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water)
6. If a customer opts for a refund for a purchased product prior to delivery, Mt Beerwah Natural Spring Water request that this be submitted in writing and will be assessed / processed within 7 days. If refund is approved the agreed amount will be provided to customers less transaction fees no latter than 14 days (Pending banking provider timeline).

3.1  You acknowledge that MT BEERWAH NATURAL SPRINGWATER may or may not pre-screen Content, and that there is no obligation on MT BEERWAH NATURAL SPRINGWATER to pre-screen Content, and that MT BEERWAH NATURAL SPRINGWATER shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove any Content provided by you.

3.2 Without limiting the above you agree that MT BEERWAH NATURAL SPRINGWATER may edit, remove or not publish any Content if it considers that:

(a) the Content is unlawful in any way, including because it is defamatory or breaches laws about unlawful discrimination, racial vilification, privacy or contempt;

(b) the Content is false or misleading;

(c) publication of the Content will infringe intellectual property rights (including copyright) or a person’s moral rights;

(d) the Content is abusive, offensive or obscene; or

(e) the Content is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

3.3 Although we may from time to time monitor or review Content, discussions, chats, postings or other contributions to the websites, social media channels and eDMs, we are under no obligation to do so and we assume no responsibility or liability arising from the contents of any such communications nor for any error, defamation, libel, obscenity, profanity or inaccuracy contained in any such communication.
